Portfolio managers

As a Prestige Banking customer, you are able to access dedicated portfolio managers who you can rely on to assist you with your banking and financial needs. Our portfolio managers will work with you to understand your unique needs and provide guidance on financial planning.

Extended operating hours

Our customers requested extended operating hours so that they could do their banking at times convenient for them. Prestige Banking offers customers access to extended operating hours through the following centres:

Mall based centres (Yaya, Sarit and Village Market):

  • Monday – Saturday: 08:30 – 20:30
  • Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00

Other centres (Plaza, Rahimtulla, Harambee,Queensway, Enterprise, Moi Nairobi, Ruaraka, Karen, Hurlingham, ABC, Moi Mombasa ,Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Kisii, Kitale, Embu, Digo, Malindi, Nyerere, Nkrumah):

  • Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00

Express counters

As a Prestige Banking customer, you gain access to express counter service in 43 branches country-wide. This ‘fast-track’ service means you spend less time banking, and more time living.

Dedicated contact centre

As a Prestige Banking customer, you enjoy access to a dedicated contact centre that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure your banking needs get resolve, freeing up more time for the more important things in life.

Outbound service team

Our dedicated Prestige Banking team are able to meet with customers at a time and location that is convenient for them.
